In face to face communication, body language accounts for more than two thirds of the impact of your message. It is always more emotionally accurate than what you say. Bill will discuss how your appearance, posture, gestures, facial expression, and voice impact your face to face communication. Special attention is given to gender differences and how they may account for misunderstanding.
