Bringing fresh energy and insight to the program, expert coach Ann Wagner of Stella Nera Coaching supports growth-minded professionals ready to lead with intention and impact.
 
A Lakewood local, Ann is a certified organizational and systems coach with international experience. She brings a unique, systems-thinking approach that helps leaders, entrepreneurs, and teams alike gain clarity, align strategy, and build tools for lasting growth. Through her practice, she’s guided individuals through transitions, helped scale teams, and delivered impactful team coaching projects to organizations across the U.S. and Europe.

Each small group cohort (4-8 participants) becomes a confidential space for honest conversation, collaborative problem solving, and forward momentum. Every session includes:
Focused Deep Dives One or two participants bring real-world business challenges to the table.
Group Coaching Ann facilitates strategic inquiry, helping identify blind spots and breakthrough opportunities.
