Lakewood is PHYT’s newest location and is inside the Screw Factory building! They offer manual therapy, personal training, and group fitness classes.

Getting there:
If you're coming from I-90, take the Bunts Rd exit, turn right onto Lakewood Heights Blvd, and follow that to Bramley Ave. Bramley will take you right to the southern entrance of the Screw Factory!

If you're coming from the north on Athens Avenue, pull down the lot to the building's southern entrance.

Parking:
There's free parking surrounding the building on the left side of the southern glass door.

Once you're inside:
Enter through the glass doors at the southern entrance. We're on the first floor, so follow the PHYT signs down the hallway and through the double blue doors, then turn immediately right. The gym entrance is the first door on your left.
