Wondering about your 2024 financial goals as a small business owner?

- The bank mentioned an operating agreement. Is that crucial?
- LLC or a different business registration—how do taxes differ?
- What’s the difference between a single member LLC and a multi member LLC?
- Can I handle initial business paperwork on my own?
- Changes in ownership—what financial paperwork is involved?
- Contingency plans—what happens to the business in unforeseen circumstances?
- How do I plan for retirement as a business owner?
- How do I build my financial team of advisors that communicate with each other?
- How can my business take care of me (and not just my expenses)?
- What are the local financial resources in Lakewood that can assist me?
