About Us

Rozi’s Wine House has been Greater Cleveland’s destination for exceptional beer and wine for over 80 years. Founded in 1939 by Maurice Rossen, Rozi’s has remained a proud, community-focused family business for generations. After Maurice, the store was operated by his son, Warren Rossen (2nd generation), and later by Warren’s son, Gary (3rd generation), who helped expand Rozi’s reputation for quality and service.

In 2018, ownership transitioned to Bill Barak—who has been part of Rozi’s since 2008—and Jim Wooley, a former Rozi’s employee whose career led him into the legal field before returning to the place where he got his start. Together, Bill and Jim carry on Rozi’s long-standing tradition of knowledgeable service, community engagement, and a carefully curated selection of beer, wine, and specialty items.

Rooted in pride, passion, and personalized care, Rozi’s Wine House continues to honor its history while evolving to meet the needs of today’s customers. We look forward to serving the community for many years to come.
